Expecting a large amount of plat: Best way to spend it for HoM? - Page 2 - Guild Wars Forums

Here is what I have:

I think I got the most bang for my buck so to say. I literally have 0 plat now, but am happy with what I've unlocked and the (little) amount of effort I've spent. The only item I didn't unlock that I want is the axe, and it's another 5 points.

Some personal take aways:
- I forgot how annoying buying and selling anything in GW1 is. When you get a good deal, it feels great, but there is way too much standing around. If you aren't doing something on the side it's terrible. I would literally fire up another game and alt-tab every few minutes. I can't wait for the GW2 trading post.
- I remembered how much I liked playing GW1. If i didn't have a stack of other games to play, I'd dive back in and finish Nightfall.
- I miss how easy it used to be to get groups in GW. You just go the mission starting area, and within 5 minutes you had a group. It seems that a combination of things (heros, mission structure, lack of clearly define start/finish for some of the EotN missions, less player who have not completed the game) make it harder to find a pug group these days.
